Responsibilities
- Training Coordination: Plan and execute training programs for physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) in collaboration with marketing, business operations, and sales teams.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support to sales staff and HCPs to ensure effective product use.
- Program Management: Manage practical training sessions at various Indian facilities, handling technical, administrative, and logistical aspects.
- Collaboration: Work with compliance, legal, and business operations teams to ensure adherence to policies and laws.
- Marketing Support: Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns related to training programs.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain an updated training database and knowledge repository, ensuring accurate documentation of materials and evaluations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on training activities, including participant feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or healthcare field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in the medical technology sector with experience in leading training programs.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in executing instructional programs
- Strong analytical and creative thinking
- Client-focused approach with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and attention to detail
- Knowledge of training regulations in the medical technology sector
