Qualifications:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, Life Sciences
• 4+ years’ experience in Data Management
• 2+ years in dictionary medical coding (MedDRA, WHODrug)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Experience:

• Clinical, scientific, or healthcare discipline
• Oncology and/or orphan drug therapeutic areas
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision Oncology SOPs, regulatory guidance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medical coding using MedDRA and WHODrug dictionaries
• Support team members and ensure timely task performance
• Conduct quality control of coding
• Provide input on coding timelines
• Ensure clinical data coding deadlines are met
• Assess resource needs for projects
• Review and provide stakeholder feedback
• Conduct coding dictionary upgrade UAT
• Create and maintain coding documentation
• Train clinical research personnel on coding items
• Review and query coding data
• Run coding status and metric reporting
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Communicate with study sponsors and project teams
• Present coding demonstrations/trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs
• Ability to handle various data management tasks and oversight
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
