Position Overview
Job Title: MS&T Executive/Sr. Executive (Technology Transfer)
Department: Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T)
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 1-5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Strides Pharma is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their MS&T department as an Executive/Sr. Executive in Technology Transfer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals, with experience in technology transfer, manufacturing validation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Technology Transfer:
Take charge of technology transfer activities at the site, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and products into the manufacturing environment. - Execute Placebo, Scale-up, and Trial Batches:
Oversee the planning and execution of scale-up and trial batches, ensuring they meet the required standards for product commercialization. - Review and Validate Protocols:
Carefully review and validate protocols and reports. Provide oversight during the manufacturing of validation batches to ensure adherence to standards. - Prepare Batch Summaries:
Compile detailed summaries of scale-up and trial batches, providing essential data to support product commercialization. - Coordinate with QC and QA Departments:
Work closely with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to obtain analytical data crucial for process optimization and validation batches.
Key Skills
- Technology Transfer Expertise:
A strong understanding of technology transfer processes is essential. The candidate should be well-versed in managing the transfer of technology from development to manufacturing. - Manufacturing Validation & Process Optimization:
Experience in conducting manufacturing validation and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality. - Collaboration Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with QC and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology transfer activities.
