Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Clinical Operations Delivery Specialist I. In this role, you’ll independently perform critical assessments, collaborate with study teams, and lead discussions to explore the best strategies for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:

| Knowledge Enhancement | Increase knowledge in programming, technology, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical industry practices. |
| Best Practices | Assist in implementing best practice documents and articles. |
| Protocol Understanding | Understand protocol schedules, contracts, budgets, and payment terms. |
| Issue Escalation | Manage escalations regarding performance issues and system maintenance. |
| Team Leadership | Lead internal meetings and manage subject data statuses. |
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, Engineering, Biostatistics, or related fields.
- Desired: 6 months to 1 year of clinical research or related experience, understanding of databases, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills.
Environmental Conditions: Office-based, remote work.
